Beeney v. FCA US, LLC, Civil Action No. 1:22-cv-00518 (U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware).

BCR Carpentry v. FCA US, LLC, Civil Action No. 1:21-cv-19364 (U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey).

These consumer class actions allege that FCA US, LLC engaged in a systematic practice of overcharging consumers for the delivery fees associated with bringing their vehicles to FCA dealerships for sale. The complaints allege that FCA—through a non-negotiable surcharge—bilked consumers of hundreds of extra dollars per vehicle.

The complaint alleges that defendants failed to disclose this material information to consumers.  As a result of defendant’s conduct, consumers paid more for their vehicles than they otherwise should have.
