CBG BUILDING COMPANY WAGE THEFT

This wage theft collective action was brought on behalf of current and former employees of CBG Building Company LLC in the District of Columbia, alleging that workers at CBG’s DC area construction projects were denied lawfully owed wages, including overtime premiums and minimum wages. Additionally, the complaint alleges that the Plaintiffs were illegally classified as independent contractors, when in fact they were employees.
